Financial Benefits & Payment Structure

The scholarship provides substantial financial stability but requires students to manage their arrival costs initially.

  • Stipend: €10,000 per year, paid in monthly installments from September to June.
  • Travel Allowance: A flat fee (up to €1,000) to cover visa and travel costs, adjusted based on the distance from your country of origin.
  • Payment Condition: Funds are disbursed only after arrival in France and completion of administrative enrollment. No advance payments are made.
  • Reductions: The stipend may be reduced during periods spent abroad for mandatory mobility or internships outside affiliated labs.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • International Status: Non-French nationality.
  • First Enrollment: Must be your first time enrolling in a French higher education institution (some exchange programs excepted).
  • Study Gap: Must not have interrupted studies for more than 3 consecutive years.
  • Other Funding: You cannot hold other scholarships exceeding €650/month.

The “Nomination Only” Application Process

You cannot apply for this scholarship directly. You must first apply for admission to a Master’s degree.
