HISA has expanded the number of funded spots for the 2026 edition to ensure a diverse global representation:
- Fully Funded: Covers round-trip airfare, official visa fee, shared 4-star accommodation, meals, and full forum access.
- Partially Funded: Covers accommodation, meals, and forum materials (excludes airfare).
- Forum Access/Self-Funded: For participants who wish to secure their spot immediately; includes meals and conference materials but requires independent travel and lodging arrangements.
