The World Leaders Convention (WLC) is a flagship global summit organized by the Organization for Global Policy & Dialogue (OGPD). While the 2025 edition took place in Madrid, the upcoming 2026 convention has moved to a new host city.

Scholarship Categories for 2026
The OGPD has structured the 2026 event with 200 total slots, categorized as follows:
- Fully Funded (15 Slots): Covers round-trip airfare, shared accommodation, meals, and a welcome toolkit.
- Partially Funded (35 Slots): Covers shared accommodation, meals, and the welcome toolkit (airfare not included).
- Self-Funded/Forum Access: Covers the summit pass fee only.
